If there are any hardware products such as servers, desktops, laptops, or other IT peripherals purchased through Safe PC, and the client returns the product in good condition within a 30-day period, Safe PC will issue a full refund minus the shipping and taxes. If the product does not meet the client specifications, we will replace the product at no costs to the customer.


We guarantee technical support services provided to you by SafePC Solutions (www.safepcsolutionsusa.com) for 15 Days. However, for repairs necessitated by virus or spyware, our services guarantee is only valid if the anti-virus, anti-spyware protection or technical services for your computer is installed or updated during the repair or before you connect to the internet.  We are NOT responsible for any type of damage to your computer before or after our technicians have resolved your problem, or if you allow a technician other than SafePC Solutions access to your IT devices, we are not responsible, or we should be held liable.
